The Thermapen is fast becoming the thermometer of choice in commercial food applications. The clever pocket design replaces more costly and bulky handhelds while using the same professional thermocouple technology. Tens of thousands are in use in the United States and even more in Europe. Our Super-Fast version has been extremely popular with health inspectors and food service managers that test internal portion temperatures. Other pocket thermometers take at least 20 to 30 seconds to reach a full reading while the Super-Fast Thermapen is done in just 4 seconds. Think of the time savings! The reduced-diameter sensing tip requires minimal immersion depth so it’s perfect even for thin portions and it leaves a tiny, self-sealing hole.
